A delicately colored and etched view of London viewed from the Southwark side of Waterloo Bridge and focusing on St. Paul’s Cathedral. The bridge teems with various vehicles of trade, grenadiers marching and on horseback, and citizenry of various stations of society. The muted coloring evokes one of the many shades of London gray.
