Original wash color; some foxing in margin and light staining, but very good overall.
A dramatic map, encompassing the area from the eastern Mediterranean to Iran and all of Arabia, with the various provinces and administrative divisions of the Turkish Empire at the time delineated. The large cartouche in lower left depicts figures laying tribute before a pasha; a resting lion and a soldier protectively holding a globe stand on guard.
