Bird’s eye view of the city of Wissembourg, showing the city walls, churches, and richly cultivated countryside. Many of the city’s landmark buildings, including the Medieval churches of St. Peter and St. John appear in the view. Prehistoric standing stones, or menhirs, can be seen atop many of the mountaintops surrounding the city.
